  • Career OneStop Business Center

    The Career OneStop Business Center provides services to employer that aim to do one of three things: hire, train or retain employees. From interview facilitation tips to identifying and training around skill gaps, Career OneStop exists to help organizations navigate the complex hiring process and secure the appropriate talent for open positions. Services include: Resources for hiring (recruiting, interviewing), training (funding, identifying skill gaps) & retaining. Includes ToolKit for job descriptions, state resources and finding professional associations, comparing occupations, etc.

  • MaxAbility Southern MN Disability Employment Network

    Individual with disabilities actively and positively contribute to a business' overall trajectory and success. The MaxAbility Southern MN Disability Employment Network is a collection of entrepreneurs and business-owners who recognize this fact and want to capitilize on the talents and skills of this particular labor pool.

  • Opportunity Services

    Adults with disabilities are an intergral part of our Southeastern Minnesota economy. Opportunity Services is a Rochester-based orgniazation that helps serve these adults by providing services ranging from helping to find openings to ongoing job support and coaching. Opportunity Services helps adults with disabilities with a range of job-related and community engagement services, including: finsing jobs, job application and interview help, on the job training, ongoing support and coaching.

  • Salute Southern MN

    Salute Southern MN is a regional network of employers, educators, non-profits and support services who focus their skills to mentor, educate and enhance the futures of Active Duty, Guardsmen, Reservist and Veterans through education, employment, support services, and networking.
